## Your Care

Our well-maintained homes are located in safe, established neighborhoods. Close to schools, playgrounds and easy access to transportation, our homes are part of the community and create a welcoming environment.

While we support residents by connecting them with community-based services (case management, social work, medical support resources), **Capstone does not operate as a licensed medical or assisted living facility**.
