**Capstone Housing Solutions provides affordable, fully furnished private bedrooms in shared residential homes.**

**We serve adults aged 21 and over, including seniors and veterans, as well as individuals seeking stable, inclusive housing options.**

Our housing is residential - offering supportive shared living environments - and does not require background or credit checks. Weekly and monthly payment options are available.

### Elderly Co-Living Housing

We provide housing for the elderly and seniors with or without any disabilities! Many seniors these days are elder, on fixed incomes, and in need of low-income and low-cost housing in a co-living environment. That is where we can assist. We have many properties that are specifically designed and managed for elders and seniors on fixed incomes.
